Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient, provider, insurance, and documentation information for DME requests.
• Assist patients, caregivers, and referral sources with product and order communication.
• Support equipment delivery, setup coordination, and patient-facing service needs.
• Assist with receiving, organization, product preparation, and inventory support.
• Support payer documentation, claims workflows, billing coordination, and follow-up.
• Provide administrative, scheduling, records, and office support for daily operations.
• Assist with cross-functional operational needs across intake, fulfillment, and service.
