Job summary

BLOX LLC is seeking a driven DMC Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution in our Design Manufacture Construct delivery model. The role blends office leadership with onsite presence at critical milestones, coordinating across design, manufacturing, and construction teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in complex projects, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate signals into action. Travel up to 5 days per month may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills including modeling, Power Query, pivot tables, dashboards.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, and construction disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end DMC project delivery for assigned projects — design, manufacturing, construction, and closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and improve program tools and processes: schedules, change logs, financial forecasts, stakeholder communication.
• Lead execution of vendor and subcontractor contracts; manage invoices, change orders, and cost reporting.
