Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Program Architect to lead DMC projects across multiple states, coordinating with design, manufacturing and construction teams. The role requires guiding project planning, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing budgets and schedules.

You will work with engineers, architects, designers, builders and suppliers in a dynamic growth environment, with travel to project locations and a focus on continuous improvement within the DMC methodology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or equivalent in construction management.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for coordinating multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership as primary project interface for DMC projects from assignment to completion.
• Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing and Construction teams across states and clients.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, safety, and quality.
• Oversee client relations, reports, change orders and inquiries.
• Mentor junior project management personnel.
• Ensure timely project close-out and knowledge capture for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with shipping, logistics and self-perform teams on site logistics.
