Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX business, is seeking a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Manager to lead strategy and governance for enterprise DLP across Microsoft 365, endpoints, and cloud apps.

You will collaborate with Cybersecurity, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to translate data protection requirements into effective policies and controls, while balancing security with user productivity in a hybrid work environment at Farmington, CT.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information protection, data security, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing DLP or information protection programs.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting, metrics, and program roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for DLP across Microsoft 365, endpoints, and cloud services.
• Configure and administer DLP policies, rules, alerts, incidents, notifications, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain DLP governance, standards, processes, and procedures.
• Lead the continuous maturity of DLP capabilities across Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments.
• Develop KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting for the DLP program.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement effective DLP controls.
• Support audits, regulatory examinations, risk assessments, and control testing.
