Job summary

RTX is seeking a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Manager to lead strategy, policy, and operations across Microsoft 365, endpoints, and cloud apps. You will partner with Cybersecurity, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance to translate data protection requirements into effective DLP controls.

You will own policy lifecycle activities, testing, deployment, monitoring, and reporting, while balancing security with productivity and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher plus 7–10 years in cybersecurity or data protection.
• Proven experience leading DLP programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into DLP policies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for DLP across Microsoft 365, endpoints, and cloud services.
• Configure DLP policies, rules, alerts, incidents, and reporting; monitor governance.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting for the DLP program.
• Collaborate with security, privacy, legal, compliance, and business teams.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and control testing; lead policy lifecycle.
