Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Data Security Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise DLP controls across Microsoft 365, Google, email, endpoints, browsers, and SaaS apps. You translate business and regulatory requirements into practical policies, detections, and response workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise DLP, information protection, email security, CASB, SaaS security, endpoint, browser, or network security controls.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and Microsoft 365 workloads preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer DLP policies across Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, endpoints, and other locations.
• Tune sensitive information types, classifiers, and policy rules; manage alerts and exception workflows.
• Design policies to reduce unauthorized external sharing while preserving business workflows and auditable exception paths.
• Investigate DLP alerts, identify false positives, and tune controls based on risk and evidence.
• Maintain policy naming standards, admin access, change records, testing procedures, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate logging and telemetry for Gemini Enterprise data security controls with BigQuery and SIEM.
