Role Overview The Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Manager will lead the strategy, implementation, governance, and ongoing operations of the organization's enterprise DLP program. This role will establish and mature DLP capabilities designed to protect sensitive and regulated information across Microsoft 365, endpoints, cloud applications, and other data environments. The DLP Manager will partner with Cybersecurity, Information Protection, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Infrastructure, Identity, Endpoint, and business stakeholders to translate data protection requirements into effective DLP policies and controls. The role will own key components of the DLP policy lifecycle, including testing, piloting, deployment, monitoring, and tuning, while balancing security objectives with user experience, business productivity, regulatory requirements, and operational risk.
This is a hybrid role, Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
