Job summary

InComm Payments seeks a DLP Leader to define and execute strategies protecting sensitive data across the organization. You will own security, legal, privacy, and compliance requirements, building relationships with stakeholders and governing data directives.

• Demonstrated passion for continuous learning in security.
• Ability to communicate security concepts to diverse teams.
• Experience in DLP engineering or SOC environments.
• Experience deploying or configuring enterprise security tools.
• Experience writing regular expressions and building DLP content.
• Ability to describe strategies to improve detection accuracy.
• Experience with deploying DLP, CASB or data classification platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define security strategy and plan aligned with leadership goals.
• Mentor team and grow direct reports toward company objectives.
• Collaborate to classify regulated data across the enterprise.
• Research tools and workflows for sensitive data management.
• Lead DLP/CASB content rule definition and updates.
• Deploy and tune policies to protect data in repos and in transit.
• Coordinate with SOC to respond to DLP alerts and incidents.
• Track exceptions to avoid impediments to workflows.
• Work with vendors to measure tool performance and ROI.
• Promote continuous monitoring and automation, including AI tools.
