Qualifications

• Experience supporting alert monitoring or incident response workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Ability to analyze multiple data sources and present clear insights.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts generated by data loss prevention technologies
• Perform initial triage and elevate incidents according to defined procedures
• Support validation of potential data loss events
• Partner with senior leaders to review incidents and outcomes
• Provide feedback to technologists on the effectiveness of DLP rules
• Prepare and maintain routine DLP metrics and reports
• Draft playbooks, job aids, and operational documentation
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from leadership
