Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity architecture roles.
• Experience with Data Loss Prevention, data classification, and secure collaboration.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview / MIP / DLP.
• Ability to operationalize controls for sensitive or regulated data.
• Strong understanding of secure data boundaries and access control.
• Experience in regulated environments and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define the controlled data / CUI boundary and data handling paths.
• Translate requirements into a target-state security architecture for a secure enclave.
• Define DLP and information protection strategy across collaboration, email, endpoint, and removable media.
• Establish control intent for classification, labeling, monitoring, restrictions, and audit evidence.
• Drive alignment between business requirements and security control design.
• Produce client-facing security design artifacts and decision packs.
• Support design reviews, steering discussions, and executive readouts.
• Coordinate with platform teams to align Microsoft control implementation with security intent.
• Oversee pilot validation and ensure audit defensibility and deploy handover.
