Job summary

American Iron & Metal (AIM) is seeking a detail-oriented Django Developer to join our growing development team. With 2+ years of backend experience, you will build robust web applications and collaborate across departments to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.

You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to align with business goals. You will develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using Django and JavaScript frameworks, design new features, debug

Qualifications

2+ years of Django/Python backend development experience.
2+ years of modern JavaScript frameworks experience (Vue.js preferred).
Proficiency with PostgreSQL and RESTful API development.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Ability to design scalable full-stack architectures and deployments.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Django and JavaScript frameworks.
Design and implement new features and enhancements.
Debug and resolve issues across the full stack.
Document requirements from business stakeholders and participate in code reviews.
