3–5 years of parts experience and ASE certification preferred. Full-time, on-site position with flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Strong communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• Able to read safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs; write simple correspondence.
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel; organize information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals; meet service objectives.
• Manage DIY services: battery installs, testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder duties: open/close, safety, task assignment.
