Advance Auto Parts in New Richmond, WI is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert automotive parts knowledge and high‑level DIY support. You will assist customers in person and by phone, locate and source parts, and perform services like battery installations and wiper fits.

The role requires strong product knowledge, sales skills, and reliable attendance. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in auto parts, ASE‑style certification preferred, and proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability in customer transactions.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
