Advance Auto Parts in Beloit, WI is seeking a Retail Parts Pro—a professional sales role supporting advanced DIY services and expert parts knowledge. You will assist DIY customers, source parts, and use store systems to identify solutions.

The position requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. You will perform battery tests, wiper installs, and inventory tasks while ensuring friendly service and safe store operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• GAS2 selling experience is preferred.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs.
• Proven sales ability with past customer transaction fulfillment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
