The position handles inventory tasks, battery tests/installations, and maintains safe, clean store conditions while pursuing sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals and parts catalogs.
• English language required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder responsibilities including openings/closes.
