Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts knowledge and dependable service to DIY customers in our stores across the United States.

The role demands a strong customer focus, parts identification skills, and proficiency with store systems to support everyday automotive maintenance tasks. You will drive in-store sales, assist with battery testing and wiper installations, source parts, and maintain a clean, organized storefront.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role requiring strong service and communication
• Ability to identify parts and source from multiple channels
• Experience with inventory handling and store operations
• Proven selling skills and ability to meet sales goals
• ASE certification is a plus
• 3–5 years automotive parts experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (opening/closing duties)
• Assist in inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock)
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems
