Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro in the United States. This professional role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and DIY services to assist customers in person and over the phone.

You will perform battery testing/installation, wiper installs, parts lookup, and inventory tasks while aiming to meet sales goals and maintain high customer service standards. ASE certification and 3–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred.
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties
• Assist in inventory processes such as cycle counts and back stock
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize parts inventory
