Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States. The role combines expert parts knowledge with advanced customer service to support DIY customers in-store and over the phone. You will use store systems to locate parts, perform basic automotive diagnostics, and assist with battery and wiper installations.

3–5 years of automotive parts experience is preferred. ASE certification is a plus. A valid driver’s license may be required for certain duties and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services including battery and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder responsibilities and safety.
• Assist in inventory, back stock and store cleanliness.
