You will handle in-store and phone sales, perform DIY services like battery installations and wiper replacements, and help maintain inventory and store standards. Candidates should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and strong familiarity with parts lookup systems.

Qualifications

• GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• ASE certification preferred, not required.
• English language skills required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, dusting, parking lot.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
