Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives.

The role requires knowledge of store systems and basic automotive parts knowledge, with the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers. The position can be part-time or full-time, with responsibilities including assisting DIY customers in person and by phone, performing basic services, maintaining inventory, and upholding store standards.

Formación

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Read and interpret safety rules, operation manuals and parts catalogs
• Use basic math for transactions and inventory
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends as needed
• 2-3 years in customer-facing retail or sales environment is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness and stocking duties
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
