Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry‑level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help meet sales and service objectives.

The role requires basic knowledge of store systems, parts, and automotive systems, with the ability to source from stores, hubs, and external suppliers. The position can be part time or full time, with responsibilities spanning customer service, inventory accuracy, and performing DIY services.

• Basic driving and navigation abilities are required.
• Ability to use delivery board system and source parts from various locations.
• Friendly communication and ability to build relationships with customers and team.
• Knowledge of inventory processes and store equipment usage.
• Understanding of parts catalogs and automotive systems.

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and on the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support overall store sales targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs when applicable.
• Maintain store product presentation and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
