The role can be part-time or full-time, with opportunities to grow in a busy retail environment. You will handle in-store and phone inquiries, perform DIY services like battery installations and wiper replacements, manage inventory, and help the store meet its sales goals while ensuring

Qualifications

2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic automotive knowledge helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
Maintain store product and operational standards.
Inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
