Qualifications

• Speak and write English; communicate effectively and build relationships with customers, peers and management.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic driving/navigation ability and use of delivery systems.
• Knowledge of auto parts and DIY service basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Support store cleanliness and general stocking; safely deliver parts to customers.
