Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, inventory awareness, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, and suppliers.

Part-time or full-time, with potential for growth within the store. The position emphasizes excellent customer service, battery and wiper services, and accurate use of store systems.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules, maintenance instructions and parts catalogs.
• Use basic math for pricing and inventory tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet its targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards including inventory processes.
• Inventory duties: cycle counts, back stock, truck put away and stock replenishment.
