Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers.

The position can be part-time or full-time, with fleet safety certification preferred. The role will focus on delivering excellent DIY customer service, meeting personal sales goals, and providing battery

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic driving/navigation and ability to source parts in-store, hub, or external suppliers.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to explain automotive parts to DIY customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet overall targets.
• Perform battery installation, testing, wiper installs and other DIY services.
