Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to use POS, parts lookup, and inventory systems.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Keep the store clean and well-stocked; assist with back stock and cycle counts.
