Responsibilities include assisting customers in-store and by phone, sourcing parts from stores or hubs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and performing DIY services such as battery installs and wiper replacements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math skills for everyday transactions.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of automotive parts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Deliver parts to customers safely when required.
