Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and on the phone
• Meet personal and store sales goals and support service objectives
• Perform DIY services like battery installations and wiper installations
• Maintain product and operational standards in-store
• Handle inventory processes including receiving, cycle counts, and back stock
• Support store cleanliness and general stocking
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
