Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, and suppliers.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, meeting sales goals, performing DIY services, and maintaining inventory and store standards. Part-time or full-time positions available in a flexible retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math ability for handling transactions and measurements.
• Ability to work varied days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery testing, wiper installations, and related tasks.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes.
