The role emphasizes knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts familiarity, and delivering DIY services alongside inventory maintenance. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in retail sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Use basic math accurately and handle various shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to locate and stock parts and provide DIY services.
• Operate inventory practice and store equipment with safety awareness.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers by visits and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including put away, counts, and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
