The role requires basic automotive knowledge, ability to source parts from various channels, and familiarity with store inventory and maintenance processes. The position can be part time or full time, with responsibilities including DIY services, inventory control, and safe part delivery to customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Entry level sales position supporting DIY customers and store objectives.
• Basic automotive system and parts knowledge expected.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers.
• Experience with store inventory and maintenance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installation.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers when needed.
• Keep store clean and assist with stocking and back stock.
