Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help meet sales and service objectives.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems experience, and the ability to source from multiple channels including stores, hubs, and external suppliers. Position can be part‑time or full‑time with duties spanning customer service, inventory control, and safe part delivery.

Qualifications

• Adequate reading and interpretation of safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and manuals.
• Able to use basic math for transactions and inventory.
• Willing to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support store targets.
• Perform DIY services like battery installations and wiper replacements.
• Maintain inventory and store standards including back stock and cycle counts.
• Safely deliver parts to customers if needed.
