The position can be part time or full time, with duties including battery installation, testing, and service on DIY projects, while maintaining inventory accuracy and store standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge helpful.
• Ability to work a schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet overall targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory tasks: stock, cycle counts, back stock and truck put away.
• Keep store clean and orderly including floors, bathrooms and parking lot.
