Job summary

Qualifications

2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
Ability to operate store inventory processes including cycle counts, stock replenishment and back stock.
Basic automotive knowledge and ability to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
Hit personal sales targets and help the store reach its goals.
Perform DIY services such as battery installation and testing, wiper installs, etc.
Maintain store product and operational standards and inventory processes.
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
