Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support our DIY customers. This entry-level role involves assisting customers in-store and over the phone, achieving personal sales goals, and performing basic DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements.

The position may be part-time or full-time, requiring flexible days, evenings, and weekends. Strong communication, basic automotive knowledge, and proficiency with store systems are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• English fluency; Spanish a plus; strong communication with customers and team.
• Basic math and numeracy for transactions and inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including cycle counts, back stock, and truck put away.
