Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Bayamón, Puerto Rico is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales objectives. This role may be part-time or full-time and requires knowledge of store systems and basic automotive parts.

You will assist customers, perform DIY services, and maintain inventory and cleanliness. The ideal candidate communicates well in English (Spanish helpful), can source parts from multiple locations, and has 2–3 years of retail sales experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell and build relationships.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge and willingness to learn about DIY services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store hit overall targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store inventory and operational standards; stock and cycle counts.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
