Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business, assist customers, and help meet sales objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels.

Full-time or part-time positions are available. Strong customer service, English proficiency (Spanish a plus), and the willingness to work varied shifts are valued.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• Speak English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs.
• Able to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet overall targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain inventory processes including stock, cycle counts, and back stock.
