Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately for common calculations.
• Able to work varied days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers on store visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory activities including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Keep the store clean: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• Stock general areas including truck stock and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
