Qualifications

• Entry level sales position with ability to support the DIY business
• Knowledge of store systems and basic automotive systems
• Ability to source parts from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers
• In-depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes
• Fleet safety certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall sales targets
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness and general stocking
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment
• Use parts lookup systems and POS effectively
• Expert at testing and diagnostic equipment for DIY service
