Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and parts sourcing across multiple channels.
• Ability to work varied days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet its sales targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts and back stock.
• Keep store clean and organized and ensure safe delivery of parts to customers.
