Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business, using store systems, basic automotive knowledge and strong customer service. You will assist customers, perform battery and wiper installations, and help maintain inventory.

You will also ensure store standards, handle deliveries, and work a mix of days, evenings and weekends to meet sales goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read safety rules and manuals; interpret parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs).
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock).
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Keep store clean and organized; stock shelves and back stock.
