Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support DIY customers, deliver strong service, and help achieve store sales goals.

You will assist customers in selecting parts, perform battery installations, wipers, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to use basic math and read safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet personal and store sales goals; assist with DIY services (battery installations, wiper installs).
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory processes including receiving, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Deliver parts to customers as needed.
