Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and hit sales/service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and suppliers.

It can be part-time or full-time, with benefits and opportunities to develop automotive knowledge. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer experiences in-store and by phone, meeting personal sales goals, and performing DIY

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and management.
• Ability to use basic math for transactions and inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall sales goals.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and inventory processes.
