Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business, deliver excellent customer experiences, and help achieve store sales goals.

The role involves basic automotive knowledge, sourcing parts from various locations, and performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements. The position can be part-time or full-time, with emphasis on reliable customer communication, inventory accuracy, and operating store equipment and systems.

Formación

• Customer service skills to guide DIY customers.
• Ability to hit personal sales targets in a retail setting.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge and willingness to learn more.
• Ability to operate POS and parts lookup systems.
• Familiarity with inventory processes and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store hit broader objectives.
• Perform DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory tasks (cycle counts, back stock).
• Support general stocking and store cleanliness and safety.
