Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business, deliver excellent customer experiences, and help meet store sales goals. The role covers basic automotive knowledge, inventory management, and DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements.

The position may be part time or full time, requiring flexibility to work various shifts and maintain store standards. The ideal candidate communicates well, uses store systems confidently, and can source parts

Formación

Customer-facing sales experience or ability to provide great service.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
Basic math and computer/system literacy for daily store operations.

Responsabilidades

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
Meet personal and store sales goals and support service objectives.
Offer DIY services (battery installations, tests, wiper installs, etc.).
Maintain store inventory and operating standards; manage stock and back stock.
Handle inventory processes such as truck put away, cycle counts, and stock rotation.
Keep the store clean and organized; assist with stocking and upkeep.
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
