Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales and service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach sales targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
