Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business, assist customers in-store and by phone, and perform basic parts and service tasks such as battery installations and wiper changes.

The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts, and strong communication skills; availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, is needed. Safety and inventory responsibilities are included as part of daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
• Use basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in store and over the phone
• Achieve personal and store sales goals; support DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory workflow and back stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers and support stock replenishment
