Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support our DIY business and meet sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts, and inventory processes. It can be part time or full time in a retail environment.

You will provide excellent customer experiences, perform DIY services, and assist with inventory and store cleanliness. Strong English communication and basic math are essential, with flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, catalogs.
• Use basic math accurately for transactions.
• Able to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store hit overall targets.
• Deliver DIY services including battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, and shoot outs.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
