Job summary

Qualifications

2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
Basic automotive product knowledge and parts sourcing abilities.
Split conversational skills: English required; Spanish a plus.
Ability to operate store systems and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
Achieve personal and store sales goals.
Perform DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
Maintain store standards and inventory routines (cycle counts, back stock, etc.).
