Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales/service goals. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems proficiency, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels.

Part-time or full-time hours are available. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer experiences, performing DIY services, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have basic driving/navigation skills.
• Ability to use delivery board system to coordinate parts delivery.
• Friendly communication with customers and peers.
• Ability to locate and stock automotive parts efficiently.
• Safety knowledge and adherence to store safety policies.
• Experience operating inventory systems and store equipment.
• Familiarity with POS and parts lookup systems.
• Proficient with testing/diagnostic equipment for DIY services.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Provide DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain inventory and store standards (cycle counts, back stock).
• Safely deliver parts to customers when needed.
